The results are in. The most popular beauty icons, according to BeautyRiot's April user stats, are (1) Jessica Simpson, (2) Jessica Alba, and (3) Jennifer Lopez.

Interesting that each of these women has recently made a big change by chopping several inches off her hair. Could it be that the new coif of choice is the shoulder-length, layered bob? Will this trend last as long as the Jennifer-Aniston-stick-straight-long-locks look did? Did you cut your hair yet?
Personally, I think Nicole Richie has the most stylish haircut of the newly shorn set, followed by JLo. The lines in their cuts are very modern and versatile. Alba's cut is really cute, but it's not as fresh, in my opinion. JLo and Nic look like it takes five minutes to do their hair, and that appeals to me greatly!Stay tuned... It's really easy to maintain. In fact, the messier the better! It's really versatile. I highly recommend it.
